Unsure what to think about cooking on that scale.
Yes, shit like this may be super-delicous and take creativity in cooking to a whole new level, but at the same time it takes us further away from the essence of cooking with real, fresh ingredients and the cook as the main processor in the chain. What do you think will we eat in 20 years?
